- Trade only SPY or QQQ until size and process are proven.

9:45–11:30 or 14:00–15:30 Eastern
- First window: 9:45 AM – 11:30 AM Eastern
- Second window: 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM Eastern
- Skip the open, skip the close.

Direction
Clear 5-minute trend
- Higher highs + higher lows = calls only
- Lower highs + lower lows = puts only
- Chop is a skip.

Key level
Price reacting to a real level
- Previous day high or low
- Opening range high or low
- Round number

Confirmation
Strong candle + volume
- 1-min or 5-min candle closes in your direction
- Volume supports the close
- No weak or doji entries

Option selection
5+ DTE, cheap, one contract
- Expiration: at least 5 full trading days left
- Strike: ATM or 1 strike OTM
- Premium preferably $0.80 – $1.50
- Maximum 1 contract

Risk
$8 – $10 exact
- Maximum dollar risk $8 – $10
- Size so the risk is exact, not rounded
- If one contract exceeds the cap, skip

Exits
Written before entry
- Profit target: +40% to +60% of premium
- Stop: –30% to –40% of premium
- Or exit if the key level breaks against you
If even one condition is missing → no trade.
